B&B Villa Hermano Prices for Accomodation

 Downstairs
The price is 20 Euros per person per night in the lowseason and 25 Euros in the highseason. If you travel alone the price is 32,50 (37,50 Euros). A breakfast - consisting of coffee, tea, milk, rolls, baguette, cheese, and several marmelades - is served on one of the terraces. Children until 3 years of age free. Fast wireless wifi internet (4 Mb) is available free of charge.

 Upstairs
For the upstairs floor with seaview the price is 25 Euros lowseason and 30 Euros highseason, and for one visitor 32,50 lowseason and 37,50 highseason. Breakfast included.

 Price for holidayrental
Both floors can also be rented without B&B service starting on Saturdays (or in the low season on any day you might wish) for a minimum of 7 days or more. The total number of beds for up- and downstairs is 5. The price for the upstairs apartment with seaview is 550 Euros a week, for the downstairs apartment with mountainview is 450 Euros. Renting both apartments is also possible, with a 50 Euro discount on the total sum. The deposit is 100 Euros, which will be returned after the rental period, the final cleaning is 50 Euros. At arrival the apartments are clean and beds are made. Towels are available and free of charge.

 High and lowseason
Highseason includes June, July, August and September, including the Easter Holidays, Ascencion, Pentecost and Christmas from the 25th to the 2nd of January.

 Tent and caravan

You can also put up your tent or place your caravan in our large shady garden. Cost per person 10 Euros with breakfast or 7,50 without, electricity included.

 Payments
In order to make a reservation, 25% of the total amount must be payed on our spanish bankaccount. The balance must be payed upon arrival. Check-in is at 15 hours, or earlier after if desired. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay.

A peaceful night in this little paradise is absolutely guaranteed.

 Transfers Airport
If required, we can pick you up from the airports (4 persons max). The fee for a pick-up from Alicante El Altet Airport is 65 Euros, from the airport in Valencia 75 Euros.
